Then they are rigorously checked one by one several times and every day and always kept at temperatures guaranteeing their integrity.
Once your order has been registered, your truffles are selected, combed through and placed in a glass jar lined with absorbent paper. In this way, there is no need to look for a container, you can keep your truffles directly inside the same jar.
And because we really take care of you, a little truffle guide is provided with the truffles.
As for shipping, our truffles are sent by UPS or chronofresh within 2 working days maximum, from Monday to Thursday.

THE DOG, THE ONLY MASTER OF TRUFFLE CELLAR

To find good mature truffles, you need a truffle dog (trained in digging from a young age).

Then the “caveur” replaces the truffle dog and digs the ground with a truffle pick until carefully extracting the truffle or if the dog is very good, he will bring back the truffle without breaking it!
The truffle dog will then receive a reward.
It is also possible to caver truffles with a pork, which is nowadays a matter of folklore, or even with a fly, but you have to have very good eyesight and a lot of patience!
